THE 62 MOVEMENT: You are not forsaken. You are sought out. Isaiah 62.

About
The 62 Movement

My name is Lisa Golden. I wrote a book called Why Me? and started this ministry not because I had answers, but because I didn't. I have walked through grief that dropped me to my knees, seasons of loss that made me question everything about my life and my relationship with God, and a long, quiet rebuilding that I never could have orchestrated on my own.

What I found on the other side of all of it, and what I'm still finding, is a God who does not abandon His people. A God who is not shaken by our breaking. A God who, even in the silence, is working.

That is the heartbeat of The 62 Movement.

Isaiah 62:1

"For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch."

There is an ancient Japanese art called kintsugi, the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold. Not hiding the cracks. Not discarding what is shattered. But filling every fracture with something precious, until the broken places become the most beautiful parts of the piece.

That is what God does in Isaiah 62. He does not erase the breaking. He declares a new name over it. He fills the forsaken places with His presence, runs gold through the desolate cracks, and holds up what was shattered as evidence of His faithfulness, not His absence.

Your breaking is not the end of your story. In His hands, it may be the most important part.

Isaiah 62 is a chapter about a people who feel forgotten, and a God who refuses to act like it. He stations watchmen on the walls who will not keep silent. He gives His people a new name, stripping away Forsaken and Desolate and replacing them with words like Hephzibah, "my delight is in her", and Sought Out. He builds a highway and clears the path. He is not passive about His people.

And woven throughout everything here is Psalm 103, the call to remember. To bless the Lord and forget not all His benefits. Because in the hard seasons, we forget. We forget He heals. We forget He redeems. We forget He crowns us with love and compassion. This ministry exists to help you remember.

If you have ever felt like you are too broken, too far gone, too tired, or too forgotten, this is for you. The 62 Movement exists to point people back to the God who never stopped pursuing them. Through biblical teaching rooted in Scripture, honest testimony from the trenches of real life, and content created by the Spirit's leading, this is a place to encounter truth, find your footing, and remember that you are not alone in what you are carrying.

You are not forsaken. You are not desolate. You are sought out.

Psalm 103:2

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits."

— Lisa

My vision is simple: To represent Christ well by sharing my testimony honestly and walking with others. I want you to know the depth of His love and the reliability of His character so you can find your footing through the truth.

Isaiah 62:1 - "For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet..."

If you are brokenhearted, weary, or searching, there is a place for you here. The 62 Movement exists to point you back to the God who never stopped pursuing you. Through biblical teaching and honest testimony, we encounter the Truth together and remember that we are never alone in our rebuilding.
